What you are seeing are 3 different circles, made with the brush tool at about 500px. Each circle is a different color (green, blue, red) and I faded them back using opacity. Then with some masking you can blend them in even further.
Have fun messing around with the tutorial!

Just need a small fav if possible.
On the valio-web page design,on the left hand corner you have like a mixture of brushes mixed with colours. I am reali curious on how do you achive this effext. If possible could you please just explain to me or give a short brief on how to achive this.I would reali appreciate it.
