Been a while since I have posted, mainly cause I have been slammed with work. But caught this guy ripping my off thanks to Google Analytics.

I love the idea that my art inspires people, but please don't rip off my design completely. The web design process should start with a comp in photoshop. Not a rip of my code and images. Seriously.

He even put the copyright in his name!!!! Pisses me off.



Looks like this guy is represented by Aquent. I used to live in the northwest, so I know who they are, but I wonder if they know how this Ruess guy is coming up with his designs. Ethics anyone?

Anyone got any idea on how I can stop this? He is pulling images and code straight from my server.

*** UPDATE: Ruess has removed everything from his server, and seems like a cool guy. He says he was never intending to go public with my design. So everything worked out after I shot a quick email to him. Thanks again Ramir for the tip.
